Bajaj Three Wheeler Warranty Policy

SP Bajaj, as an authorized Bajaj Auto dealer, provides the official manufacturer warranty on all new vehicles.

Standard Warranty:

3 Years / 1,00,000 km (whichever comes earlier) on manufacturing defects for all new Bajaj three-wheelers.

1 Year / 20,000 km warranty on batteries for electric three-wheelers.

What is Covered:

Engine, transmission, chassis, and electrical components against manufacturing defects.

Free labour and genuine parts during the warranty period at any authorized SP Bajaj service center.

What is NOT Covered:

Normal wear and tear items (tyres, brake pads, clutch plates, bulbs, fuses, etc.)

Damage due to improper use, overloading, accident, or negligence

Unauthorized repairs or use of non-genuine parts

Battery degradation beyond manufacturer limits

Warranty Claim Process:

Customers must carry the vehicle’s original invoice, owner’s manual, and service records. All warranty claims will be attended to within 48 hours at our service centers.
