  • The final on-road price will be confirmed at the time of booking after considering RTO charges, insurance, and applicable subsidies (in case of electric vehicles).

    • Test Ride & Bookings:

  • Test ride bookings are subject to vehicle and staff availability.
  • Advance booking amount is adjustable in the final invoice but non-refundable in case of cancellation after 48 hours.

    • Pricing & Offers:

    All offers and schemes are valid for a limited period and can be withdrawn without notice.

    SP Bajaj reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at its sole discretion.

    Governing Law:

    These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mehsana, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
