Return & Refund Policy

At SP Bajaj, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of vehicles, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.

Vehicle Purchase:

Once a vehicle is registered in the customer’s name, no returns or cancellations are permitted.

Pre-registration cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of booking and are subject to a 10% deduction as processing charges.

Exchange of the vehicle is allowed within 7 days of purchase subject to the vehicle being in brand-new condition with no damage or mileage above 50 km. Final decision remains with SP Bajaj management.

Spare Parts & Accessories:

Unused genuine spare parts can be returned within 7 days with original packaging and invoice.

Electrical items, batteries, and customized accessories are non-returnable.

Refunds:

All refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment.
